TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
ABC swimming school works on a monthly subscription spread over 12 months. ABC Swimming operates for 37 weeks of the year with payments spread over the 12 months of the year. The monthly payment is payable on the 1ST of each month.
No refund will be given for any missed lessons due to your own circumstances.
If for any reason ABC have to cancel your lessons, then we will firstly offer you a catch up lesson within the month. Only if ABC cannot honor this timescale, will a refund be given.
If you wish to cancel your subscription please let us know before the first of 1st of the new month. No refund will be issued for subscriptions that are cancelled after the first of the month.
We reserve the right to refund if a parent/carer leaves on there own accord, and doesn’t inform us before the 1st of a new month.
Youe booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority. Please do not turn up to lessons until payment has been made unless you have made other arrangements with us.
Parents/carers are required to remain on the premises during their child/young person lesson to address any needs that may arise, such as bathroom breaks.
You must refrain from bringing your child to lessons if they have any form of illness, and in the case of sickness, it must be 48 after their last episode.

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change, by informing us by our email or phone number provided.
Under no circumstances should anyone take photographs or video anywhere inside the building, this is to safe guard all children.
